This is a list of a page of shots I based off of my script for what I'm planning on shooting so it'll go smoothly. It's only an estimate of all the shots I'm planning on taking, as during shooting I could change my mind and think something looks better than the other.

This is my contributors release form. It is signed by my two actors in the film, and it basically gives me full permission to film and record them for the material for my film. It also gives me permission to upload the material with them in onto sites like youtube and blogger.

Here is the storyboards I planned out. It is not my whole film, however it is a good portion of how I would shoot the scenes so I could get an accurate vision of how it could possibly look. I used really rough sketches to envision my film in it's best way possible and the correct shots to use.

Here is a copy of my location scouting assessment sheet. Since I will only be filming in one location for the whole film, I only need to complete one location assessment. This sheet gives detail to everything about the house and how well equipped it is regrading my film. After completing this sheet I decided it is perfect for my film.

This is a clear example of the forms filled in to show that during pre-production I have thoroughly thought out and planned ahead any kind of obstacle that could impose a risk on myself or the actors and crew. This means everything will flow smoothly and no one will be at any high risk of hurting or putting themselves in danger.
