This is a list of a page of shots I based off of my script for what I'm planning on shooting so it'll go smoothly. It's only an estimate of all the shots I'm planning on taking, as during shooting I could change my mind and think something looks better than the other.

This sheet gives detail to everything about the house and how well equipped it is regrading my film. After completing this sheet I decided it is perfect for my film.

This is a clear example of the forms filled in to show that during pre-production I have thoroughly thought out and planned ahead any kind of obstacle that could impose a risk on myself or the actors and crew.
